From Bernoulli's theorem

Solving above equation, we get

So, from Equ. (i)
Water will not come out.

When vessel is accelerated down with an accelerating g (free fall), then pseudo acceleration g will be vertically upwards and effective value of g is zero. Hence, water will not flow.
